Do You Use A Good Age Balancing Night Cream?

How do you find a good age balancing night cream?  At one time, I thought the best way to choose any skincare product was to ask a dermatologist.  But, these days, I have a hard time agreeing with dermatologist’s recommendations.
Many of the ingredients in skincare products are known skin and eye irritants.

Nighttime creams should be free of irritating ingredients, because it can interfere with your sleep.  Anything that interferes with your sleep will make you look worse in the morning.

Yet, some dermatologists seem to think it is okay to endorse products that contain irritants.  One popular anti-aging Doc has his own line of cosmetics.  They all contain parabens.

Parabens are artificial preservatives.  They are among the most common causes of allergic and adverse reactions.  The symptoms they can cause include itching, redness and rashes.

]]>

There is scientific evidence that parabens can pass through the skin’s surface and lodge in the body’s tissues.  They have been found in breast cancer tumors.
Whether or not they contributed to the growth of the tumors is unknown, but they are known to have estrogen-like activity and estrogen is known to spur the growth of breast cancer.  So, in my opinion, an age balancing night cream should be free of parabens.

What should the creams contain?  Shea butter, avocado extract and coenzyme Q10 are some of the ingredients to look for.

Shea butter is naturally creamy.  It contains many nutrients that have healing activity.  The butter can be used to heal rashes and irritations.  Doesn’t it make sense to choose something that heals problems, rather than causing them?

Avocado extract has been shown to spur the growth of collagen.  The skin’s collagen content normally decreases with age, leading to lost firmness, increased thinness and increased transparency.  Doesn’t it make sense to choose an age balancing night cream that spurs the growth of collagen, rather than tumors?

Coenzyme Q10 is nothing short of an anti-aging miracle ingredient.  When applied topically on a regular basis, it can reduce wrinkles, reverse sun damage and stimulate the production of new elastic fibers, which will improve the skin’s firmness, too.

As is the case with any skincare product, the key to finding good creams for nighttime use is to evaluate the ingredients.  You can’t rely on the products endorsers.

You need to do your own research if you want a safe and effective age balancing night cream.

Think about it people, the guy who sells dry aged steaks is obviously going advise against people dry aging their own steaks for the simple fact that it’s going to cut into his profits. Good Eats Season 5 Episode 4 “Celebrity Roast” goes over the dry aging process in detail.

The prohibition of cannabis is a crime against humanity. If you don’t like cannabis then leave it alone. There are billions of people who love it. Who are you to stand in the way of someone else’s happiness? If you talk about green energy and disregard cannabis as a renewable energy source…your an idiot.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, It’s been well known and well documented from the first world war that TOBACCO stops inflammation. This is not down to any magical ingredient, it’s the carbon monoxide at work as with all forms of smoke. There have been ongoing studies using low-dose carbon monoxide for post-operative patients for years. Why? Because statistics prove that smoking mothers NEVER get pre-eclampsia during pregnancy. Smokers suffer far less infection to wounds or surgery. Crazy I know.

I understand why the sheepish masses of the 20th century allowed prohibition but how is it that the relatively educated masses are letting this continue. Aside from pot witch should be legal because its not bad for you, just let people do crack and heroine who cares its called natural selection. Have any of you seen Idiocracy? Let the stupid kill themselves with crack we will be better off.

I guess the message is – eat less meat, eat mainly vegetables, fruits, nuts and, the most neglected component HERBS!

I think even vegetarians look unhealthy because they ignore the importance of HERBS in your diet.
