I have to disagree with tenspeak on some things though. I think he is downplaying how much racism there is in Latin America including Brazil. In these countries looking white places you at the top of society and being black or indigenous Indian puts you at the bottom. When is the last time there has been a dark skinned president in Brazil? Why are so many blacks in the favelas? Also many Latin women simply will not date dark men period and want kids with light eyes and hair.
