What foods and exercise slow down the aging process?
I think antioxidants help, not sure really. Any exercise that speeds up the heart will keep you healthy. In the long run, there really is not much to slow down the aging process, per se, some peeps are just lucky in my opinion. Carrots, eat vitamins, that sort of thing.blueberries, milk, tofu, wild salmon.Well, foods, I would say, go vegetarian. I’m veggie and people often ask me why I look so healthy, hehe ^_^…A lot of my family is veggie, and it’s done them some good; for example, my aunt is also veggie, and she is around 50, but she looks like she’s 30-something.Blueberries are FULL of anti aging properties and quite the miracle fruit. Lot’s of antioxidants and vitamin C and have been PROVEN to make a huge difference in skin tone and anti aging. Consuming lot’s of fresh fruit and veg is supposed to make a difference as well

Walking, ya just can t beat walking. areobics or yoga & any foods that have enzymes in them, fresh veggies, lowfat grains, fruits to clean ya out & lots of protein.
my grandad is 87& i can say also that having a good mental outlook & faith can add life to your years & years to the life….The aging process stems from cell dna fragmentation. Good luck Hope you stay young forever.my 36 year old bosses mom looks young enough to be his sister, or wife. they are korean. she said her secret is alot of fresh fruit, vagitables, and ti chi for exercize. very little meat, seafood, and chicken, only.Any kind of salmon or oily fish. Fruits and vegetables containing antioxidents….anything brightly coloured such as strawberries, blueberries, sweet corn, peppers, etc. Also drinking green tea.
