Tutorial: 5 Simple Tips for Healthy, Flawless Skin

These are 5 of my tips (in no particular order) to help you achieve healthy, clear skin and prevent breakouts. This will not help you cure acne or other more serious skin problems, but they are just general tips for healthy skin :) 1. Diet – cut back on greasy/fried and spicy foods. Try to eat more nutritious foods with vitamins A, B, C, and E. 2. Water – drink lots of water to help your body naturally cleanse. 3. Sleep – get a decent amount of sleep regularly to help your body heal and fight off germs. 4. Contact – take preventative actions to minimize contact between your face and anything that is dirty or can carry bacteria. Wash your face regularly. 5. Moisturize – to maintain your skin’s natural balance of oils and moisture…otherwise your skin will go on overdrive producing oil and can cause breakouts! By the way, just to clarify…when I mention “diet” in this video, it refers to what you eat on a regular basis (not as in “go on a diet”). Thanks for watching! Skin Care Techniques – Top 10 Tips Of Skin Care

To enhance your beauty it is very necessary that one should have a healthy skin.  This article will help you to tell the 10 different skin care tips. The list has been confined to only 10 distinct skin care tips as more than that would hide the more significant skin care tips and will also be hard to remember. Hence, the top 10 tips for skin care are as follows:

* Knowing the type of your skin is the primary tip for skin care. This is the most significant skin care tips as different skin suit different skin care products. However, all the products related to the skin care mention the skin type they provide too.

*‘Drink huge amount of water’:  This will maintain your health and also moisten your skin. However, it may sound awkward but this is most important of the entire set of tips of skin care.

*Regularly cleanse your skin (2-3 times in a day). These tips related to skin care benefits you in rescuing your skin from dirt and other harmful elements. Especially, when you are outside and exposed to dust, pollutants etc.), you should clean your skin. Usage of slightly warm water is advised for cleaning (cold and hot water both are not good for your skin)

*Be soft and gentle, to your skin.  Exfoliating/scrubbing hardly or too frequently will damage the skin. Also, another important tip related to skin care is not to apply too many products of skin care.

*Moisten your skin every time.  Don’t allow your skin to become dry. This too is a very significant skin care tip. Due to dryness the external layer of the skin may damage, leading to an unattractive and a rough appearance. Make use of emollients/moisturizers. Moisturizers are very helpful when the skin is damp.

*On your face never ever use soap. This is a small but an important tip for good skin.  Soaps should only be applied from beneath the neck.

*Protect your skin from harmful UV radiations of sun by using sunscreen. Some moisturizers have sunscreen in built in them. You can use them when it’s cloudy. One should follow the mentioned skin care tip as UV radiations may cause skin cancer.

*Good sleep and some exercise are also necessary, not only for your skin but also for health entirely. Exercise will keep your body fit. Wrinkles can form below your eyes when you don’t sleep well and less exercise results in skin drooping. In addition, sleep and exercise also help to overcome stress. Hence, this is also health care tip apart from any skin care tip.

*Skin dilemmas should be treated and cured.  These skin dilemmas should not be avoided.  Take the advice of your dermatologist before applying any skin care product else it will damage your skin. This tip related to skin care should not be ignored.

*Overcome the stress. Stress results in very harmful effects. It affects your skin and this is true. Hence, the skin care tip suggests that one should take a warm water bath or take some time out or simply take a good sleep to beat stress.

Our bodies are designed to break down natural foods such as fruits and vegetables which helps generate our bodies! Eating naturally healthy, drinking plenty of water and getting a little Vitamin D (with proper sunscreen) will leave you with great skin and glowing results! :) I love clean and clear. It’s helped me get rid of my acne and keep it away. Its not that expensive either and you can get it at you local target or walgreens. You get everything based on your skin (blackheads, pimples, oily, dry, ect.)

Eating healthy is a good idea too. Giving your body extra nutrients is good for overall health aswell. Water is a must, it keeps your skin hydrated along with the rest of your body

This sounds gross but sweat is good too. It opens your pores and helps to clear out the dirt. Just make sure you wash your face before you workout or else it’ll just clog them. Then you should wait at least thirty minutes to wash your face again just to be sure.

Sun is great too. It dries out the acne and gives you a nice glow haha. Just be sure to use am oil free sunscreen and you’ll be great :) Aloe Vera is a good product, ususally used to treat minor sunburns and cuts. If you have a “green thumb” then I would recommend getting a aloe plant of your own, because you have easy access to them, AND they do not contain bad ingredients like some store-bought aloe vera mixes do.
Keeping the amount of exposure to sunlight is good, but at the same time, saying in the dark for too long will eventually take its toll on your body and you will start to slowly become deformed.
Being healthy really helps, too, and the occasional mudbath is always good too.healthy diet, for one.
clean your face daily, but not too often as it will dry it out.
I have these clean & clear oil remover wipes that i use throughout the day if i feel like my face is getting oily.
I use a face mask every day and it makes your skin SO SOFT.
theres a lot of things you can find around your house that are really good for your skin too,
- banana
-avocado
-honey
-sugar
-lemon juice
-egg whites
-plain yogurt
-milk
-green tea

you can find recipes for home made masks on the internet if you type it into google.
my favorite is a green tea mask :)
