A few years back when I was 30 I worked at a ski lodge and some of the people I met thought I was as young as 19. I’ve watched part 2 and found it informative, but the one thing I disagree with (and even thought you might have gone against the grain) is the no Cannabis policy. Sure don’t smoke it, but ingesting Cannabis leaves or the extracted essential oil of the flower is super healing and has age defying abilities.

Totally agree with Roger! Sun can give you incredible amount of energy and vitamins but you have to avoid it from 10.00pm to 5.30pm. That’s it! Many people miss that important point thats why they say…ooh no, the Sun is bad…

Hey Roger, I got a similar compliment last year. I was sitting in a restaurant talking to a stranger about the school I used to attend, and he seriously asked me what I thought of my teachers..in PRESENT tense. I was shocked, I too actually pass for a teenager still, and I do alot of the things you talk about.
