Salmon and anti aging?

they work honey!How we age on the outside is largely genetics. You won’t find any credible proof that a diet high in Omega fatty acids will change the appearance of aging.

9) Keep an active mind. Read more and learn new things like computer stuff or pick up a new hobby.

10) Don’t worry, be happy. Take life easy, don’t stress yourself up unnecessarily. If there’s nothing you can do to change a situation, quit fretting about it. Take up meditation or yoga or something relaxing.
