You need to have good times with friends and family, have quiet times, etc – it’s all about balance.

PS I am not anti-med in general, but the anti-depressants have been way oversold – they are not nearly as effective as patients are told they are. Mostly, people get better on their own, and for some, it is the placebo effect. And how would a doctor know who is who? They assume everyone who got better, got better because of the pills, forgetting about placebo effect etc. because they want to help people.
