The Causes Of Aging Skin And How To Get Softer Skin Using Natural Anti Aging Creams

Knowing how to get soft skin is the goal of many of us, especially as we grow older and our skin becomes drier and less supple. Once you know the main reasons for this you can remedy it effectively using only natural creams.

You may remember when you were younger how soft and supple your skin was. If you pinched it, it would snap back into place immediately but as you age you lose collagen and elastin and it takes longer to go back.

These two proteins give the skin its elasticity and strength and after the age of around thirty, your production decreases. This leads to wrinkles and lines and also lack of moisture retention.

Another cause is oxidation by free radicals. These can cause havoc by harming healthy cells and lead to premature aging and disease and the reason why your skin care needs to contain powerful antioxidants to combat them.

Lastly and perhaps the least well known is the loss of hyaluronic acid. This acid, together with elastin and collagen, is essential for maintaining the elasticity, smoothness and tone of the skin. Without it, dark circles form under your eyes and you lose your youthful appearance.

Some creams and lotions try to address some of these issues but it is rare that all three are catered for. In addition many harmful chemicals are present in most creams and lotions today which further adds to your toxic burden and can result in even older looking skin.

If you want to know how to get softer skin again look for ingredients like Cynergy TK, Phytessence wakame and Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 (CoQ10).

These special ingredients contain powerful antioxidants to quash the free radicals and help to rejuvenate and smooth out your skin. They ensure that you get deep down moisturizing and maintain the health of your skin.

A significant increase in collagen and elastin levels helps to fade wrinkles, lines and sagging skin effectively, making it softer and improving the texture as well.

Your levels of hyaluronic acid will also increase to provide more elasticity and natural firmness to help you look younger.

Natural oils too like Avocado, Grapeseed and Macadamia also provide effective treatment as they are very similar to your skins own oils and help to balance the pH levels. They can lock in the moisture naturally while still allowing the proper elimination of toxins.

If you look for these ingredients in your next anti aging creams or lotions, you will notice a positive change within weeks of using them and can rest assured they contain no harmful chemicals.

As well as giving you a sustainable way of looking younger, they also help to improve your overall health and well-being too.

Control your free radicals and use natural skin care products, like DARI NATURAL’s skin care. All pure, natural, and gentle on your skin.

  2. anativa88 says:

I totally agree. Applying vitamins to your skin is great, but unfortunately, only a small percentage of these vitamins get into your blood stream. Why not just eat more fruits and vegetables? Drinking lots of water and eating healthy is the best thing you can do for your skin. I am a strong believer of natural products, such as Dari Natural’s skin care products. It’s pure safe, excellent for acne prone and sensitive skin!

Acne is hormonal. I am a very healthy eater. I don’t drink coffee or sodas. I exercise 4 times a week. I’m in great shape. I have battled acne for over a year now. I’m 27 and I have never had it before. Acne is hormonal.

And let me remind you – ALL fruits are BAD because of all those chemicals that was used to grow them and to kill bugs..all those pesticides are cancer sources! So eating fruits it’s good but only if they were grown without all that chemistry.

  11. tommixoft says:

It’s not absolutely true. Free radicals in skin is mostly created from UVA UVB rays – it’s external damage to the skin, not made from inside the body. Yes eating pigmented fruits, vegetables deactivates some of free radicals and so on, but free radicals in skin is from external sources, so the best help to skin is from outside. Topical applications. Like use of vitamin e, vitamin c on skin. You can eat WHATEVER you want but suncream will always be better for skin than any food! :)

  12. hallowedbeeddie says:

@glamhaze now, you might not believe me, but dont put chemical creams and stuff on your skin. that will just hide the trouble. Now, I will tell you how what worked for me. I had terrible skin, besides changing my eating habits I started putting extra virgin olive oil every night on my skin. The acne, irritation, rashes went away. it is like a magic product. I couldnt believe it. trust me it will help. it is natural, and loaded with vitamin e which is great for the skin. keeps it moist

  13. glamhaze says:

I do everything this man says; however, what do you do when the problem is not your fault. I just came off of SSRI’s after a prolong period of usage, and my skin is a disaster. I don’t know what to do, everything is irritates my skin, I get hives and rashes. I am suffering from cystic acne now, and scarring.

So, sometimes no matter what you say it takes time and I do get desperate, but what do you say to people who have no control and are following your guidelines?

  14. Katarinas05 says:

thank you so much for this! you are an absolute amazing gent!

  15. lifesabitch200 says:

Why do people want to stop aging, for goodness sake what is wrong with you people. I want to grow old gracefully, my teenage years were hell and a lot of people say life gets better as you get older, but not for all. Don’t worry about getting older it is going to happen whether you like it or not. I know a girl who put tons of anti aging crap on her face spent heaps and heaps of money and she is still getting older, you can’t stop aging, so screw it I say, grow old gracefully and don’t worry.
