Peripheral circulation will infuse your skin with a nice glow and a strong body will ensure that you are properly metabolizing foods and processing wastes, including via perspiration–keeping the good stuff in and the unneeded stuff out. The result is a better looking you.
Diet is critical. Doctors and dieticians recommend fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish (particularly those high in omega-3 fatty acids like flounder, albacore tuna and wild salmon), nuts, olive, canola and flaxseed oils and foods with vitamin A.
