Brazilian Super Model Gisele Bundchen Creates Natural Skin Care Line – Seeja
All the celebrities are getting into the green act and making their own eco skin care range. Next in the line up we have Gisele Bundchen.
This beautiful brazilian super model have devised her very own natural skin careline called “Seeja“. It composes of 3 products including a day cream, night cream and mud mask. The line was driven by Gisele’s desire to develop pure and natural skin care, and her vision to create products with as little impact on the environment as possible.
All Sejaa packaging adheres to the following standards:
* Manufactured using post-consumer waste paper.
* 100% recyclable Forest Stewardship Council certified fibers.
* Rainforest Alliance certified manufacturing processes.
* Manufactured carbon neutral.
* Chlorine-free processing.
* Manufactured with Green-e Certified Renewable Electricity (windpower).
* Manufactured with clean hydroelectric power.

Out of all the celebrities creating their own skin care brand, I like Gisele’s the best. She is really really true to her words and following her eco footsteps.
She is really passionate about her product range and you can see it by just 3 products. She’s gone with pure quality over quantity. She hasn’t gone with 10 products to start her brand. She went with only 3 top quality products all with high quality natural ingredients.

How can I deal with this depression?
.50 caliber aspirinAre there specific things that keep you up at night and/or are stressing you? Also I know this may sound silly but how much caffeine do you consume in a day? It doesn’t necessarily have to be coffee either, a while ago I went through a faze of drinking way too much diet soda and the aspartame and caffeine kept my mind racing all the time, I never slept. The more caffeine you take in the faster you heart races and does cause more anxiety. Do you exercise, not to say you need to, at all…my point being that everyone I know, myself included, who take time to spend a half hour a day or every other day feel so much better during and after exercise. Take a walk outside, enjoy the beautiful weather, this time of year is beautiful. If your sisters make you feel poorly about yourself maybe you should separate yourself for a little while. If your niece continues on about the picture thing, sit her down and say that at this time it makes you feel bad about yourself when she doesn’t respect your wishes to not have your pictures posted all over facebook. Again, if she doesn’t understand then separate yourself. Negative feelings will continue so on and so forth, it truly is a vicious cycle. Hope you take care of yourself and do what make YOU feel good.Its true that the way you feel inside comes out eventually outside!
So dont forget beauty is skin deep! how you feel about yourself effects how you look and more you are depressed in this age of yours it will make things worse!! and tell your sister to “bugger off” when she says that you are “ugly”
get a positive lifestyle that will help you feel good on the inside and you will see the results soon
It sounds like you feel you look worse than you actually do. I find it hard to believe the cosmetic surgeons would pass at least giving you some Botox.
If your anxiety and depression started because the lack of sleep and you didn’t acquire a sleep problem because of being anxious and depressed, solving the problem seems to be getting more sleep( and not by pills). Make a list of things that you think changed and keep you from sleeping. Start some sort of physical activity( I know it’s very difficult to do that when suffering of depression). This is guaranteed to help you fall asleep. Avoid TVs and computers before going to bed like the devil.
Change your therapist too. You should at least feel some sort of good feeling about it, even when not obtaining visible results.
