Learn To Use The Correct Skin Products For Your Perfect Skin
In order to find your perfect skin condition, you need a healthy skincare routine. Using the right skincare products is the key. Here’s a look at which products you should be using on a regular basis. No brand names. Brand names are not important.
What are the essential elements of a healthy routine? The things that you do to take care of the rest of your body will help to keep your skin’s condition at its best. Eating right, regular physical activity and careful cleansing will give you a glow.
Foods containing free radical fighting antioxidants will provide some protection from aging UV rays of sunlight. Regular physical activity promotes perspiration, which keeps your pores clear of toxins.
Most people recognize the importance of cleanliness, but some go overboard. Some dermatologists say they see plenty of problems related to over-cleansing. The first skincare product you need is a gentle daily cleanser. One of the ideal ingredients is active manuka honey, because of its natural antioxidant and antibacterial agent.
]]>
The antibacterial activity of manuka is gentle enough to ensure balance. Harsh antibacterial agents can contribute to the growth of yeast and other fungus. Beneficial bacteria keep yeast and other fungi under control. Obviously, your perfect skin is fungus free.
Dermatologists have also found that many people fail to moisturize after cleansing. Moisturizing is an essential element for a healthy routine.
Like much of the body, the skin’s water content should be relatively high. Water in the skin’s cells keeps them plump and smooth. We need something to help hold the water in, especially in dry environments. Much of the skin’s water content is lost to evaporation.
Good moisturizers contain emollients and humectants. Emollients help to keep moisture in the skin’s cells. Humectants actually help to pull moisture into the cells from what is in the air.
If you want your perfect skin condition, look for a moisturizer that contains keratin and grape seed oil. The two ingredients work together to pull moisture in and keep it there. But unlike other ingredients, they will not cause greasiness, clog the pores or contribute to pimples.
Exfoliating or deep cleansing is not always essential. But occasionally, you may start to see a dull appearance that indicates it is time for some extra help. Natural exfoliants like sea salt are just as effective as anything you can buy.
For deep cleansing, to unclog pores, reduce blemishes and restore a healthy glow, the best products are those that contain clay extracts called kaolin and bentone gel.
People don’t always agree about how to find your perfect skin. The preceding advice is safe, natural and it works.

Your beautiful, gorgeous and glowing! lol
those greek women got nothing on you…
i love olive oil i keep it on my face for about 30 minutes every night then i wash it off and it really helps, PS your so beautiful!!
You’re so HAAAWWT
@emilielikescupcakes the acne phase sucks, pretty much nothing you do will get rid of it unless you take pills. I never really had acne, however i feel i prevented it by putting live (organic) yorgut on my face every day for 15mins. then i wash it off and apply a dab of baby oil to myface, then after thats sunk in i use a mosturiser. I have pretty amazing skin. I’d try that and see if it works for you.
I use organic coconut oil. It makes my skin/hair amazingly soft.
I’m using a cocktail of olive oil, vitamin E oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, and tea tree oil before bedtime on my face. The main ingredient is the olive oil. Results are amazing!! Beautiful matte skin and I have oily skin!

Why the hell is she stooped behind her couch ?
do you think this can clear up my skin? i’m 15 and have acne prone, but i’m not allowed to wear foundation. could these steps help my skin clear up?
The only way exfoliating will leave little tears in your skin is if it’s to abrasive. Like the Apricot Scrub. Thats a no no because of the granular structure of the apricot seed. But exfoliating daily is essential. But with a light exfoliant not microderm or any thing like that but a regular exfoliant preferably a professional product. There are some you can use everyday which you should. I’m also Licensed as an Esthetician.
i love your personality and your soooo pretty,i love your eyes sister
,where can I buy some of that vitamin C carrot stuff ? lol
Hey baby, jk, the best oil for skin is tea tree oil, carrots are good they have vitamin A, yeah olive oil has vitamin E which is like moisturizer, it’s good for redness, and zinc is great.
@pplcallmefish the tomato is great for your skin, lycopene is very beneficial to your skin. 15-20 minutes than rinse.
@SumNJFella – yeah tap water can be sketchy, but tomato scrub? Never heard of it that sounds interesting…
sunflower seeds, water, exercise, fish oil, tomato scrub once a week, all you need for great skin. I don’t know about that tap water though, I don’t trust it, you don’t know what they dumping in there
@zeebeewee I have no idea what dermatologist suggests exfoliating daily. Personally I have dry sensitive skin and my dermatologist suggested exfoliating maybe once at most twice at week with oatmeal since it gets the job done in a natural way. If you exfoliate your skin every single day you are going to be scraping off new skin cells and causing damage.
@whitfieldmusic1
Even light exfoliating WILL break the collegen in your skin causing premature aging.
That’s why it’s not advisable to do everyday.
@miTsUmi101 i got it from a doctor from dermtv. just look up dermtv exfoliate on youtube. Obviously not heavy exfoliating.
