Winter is coming and the frost is nipping your nose and face. What to do now?
Nothing, but making a skin care routine that meets the needs of your skin type.
How to know that your skin is dry?
Your skin is dry if it stings or burn by using skin care products, people with dry skin often feel itchy, dry, rough, sometimes appears red or inflamed that is easily irritated. If you are with dry skin then here are some winter facial skin care tips for you -
Choose soaps while if you are with dry skin as regular bath soaps clean well but are very alkaline and irritating for dry and sensitive skin. Clearing soaps are based on alcohol and glycerin that may also be too drying. Therefore, try to go for alternative soap or sensitive skin cleansers. After washing your skin try to apply water based, mild, hypoallergenic and preservative-free moisturizers or you can also choose petroleum jelly. In order to check tolerance of extremely dry skin, dab the moisturizer behind your ears for the first few days.

Winter facial skin care tips for oily skin YOUR SKIN IS OILY IF IT:
Use regular bath soap, morning and night, for cleansing. In order to give dryness to your skin, try to use strongly alkaline bath soaps and also use an astringent pad at mid-day. If your skin is oily then go for noncomedogenic and either oil-free or water-based moisturizers.

Wash your face with mild facial cleanser every day in the morning or you can also use an alcohol-free astringent on oily areas later in the day. Always treat your dry patches as dry skin, use oil free and water based noncomedogenic moisturizer to your entire face.
i need a dermatologist to help me! or just someone who knows about skin!!!?
you’re thirteen this is normal
girls your age will usually have pimples don’t worry
stress will only cause more pimples and oil free make up doesn’t make it any better
your skin needs to breathe, so make sure you don’t wear make up All the time and change your pillow case often because all the oil from your face rubs off onto your pillow also try not to pick or pop anymore because then you’ll have those scars forever.
make sure you keep your hair out of your face as well.
titi.N.jimbo♥Are you moisturising properly & drinking 8-12 glasses of water a day?
There are lots of moisturizers that seem like they’d be proper for acne but aren’t. Sometimes you just have to experiment with different types of moisturizer. Also make sure to drink LOTS of water! A friend of mine has rosecea & she has to drink lots of water to keep her acne under any sort of control.
In any case, don’t worry- you’ll eventually grow out of this. It’s just puberty doing it’s oh-so-lovely thing. My skin was terrible at your age as well & it eventually evened out. If all else fails then you may want to use some of those over the counter treatments that include the pills that you swallow. They’re expensive, but most rarely go above $ 30 & they usually give you a month’s worth at a time. Those things work from the inside out.
I also recommend putting a warm, wet cloth on your face & leaving it on there so the heat & water can help bring the bad stuff out of your skin. It also helps you relax! Just be careful that you don’t make it TOO hot!I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.

Rather than using antioxidant pills, capsules or what have you, wouldn’t it be a lot more beneficial to eat whole foods that contain the same vitamins ?
Firstly you are consuming the whole piece of food which is a part of your daily meal, your body still absorbs that same vitamin, just as it would with thee pill or capsule, so whats the point in paying a big price for a jar of pills when you can pay a fraction of the price for whole food that contain the same vitamins!
It really drives me crazy to see so many antioxidants sold in poor packaging. I completely boycott anything sold in jars these days after I had to get medical treatment for an expensive vitamin c serum that was already rancid when I bought it. Cheap bottles without pumps just let air in, and an irresponsibly packaged product can literally hurt your face. I’ve learned to be skeptical of any company that won’t stand behind its products or rotate its stock frequently.
If drink one cup of green tea a day, do i still have to use antioxidant skincare products? Do you recommend any more brands in beauty that have alot of antioxidants? and what are some good doctor’s skincare line?
