Skin Care And 20 Natural Tips For Skin Care From Black Spot And Acne
Healthy and supple skin is not so much of a dream if you take good defense and pay notice to your diet and exercise. 6. Combine 1 table spoon of barley powder with half teaspoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Be relevant it on the face and wash after 20 minutes.
7. Combine pineapple juice and carrot juice together and be relevant it on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.
8. Combine vinegar and rose water in equal quantity and relate.

9. Combine curd and cucumber juice and relate it on the face.
10. Relate the mixture of coconut water and thick pineapple juice.
11. Create a paste with 1/2 teaspoon of milk powder, 1/4 teaspoon of egg white and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and be relevant on the face.
12. For dry hide, make a paste with egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice. Relate it on the neck and face; wash it out after 10 minutes.
13. For oily skin, take a combination of oatmeal and egg white and relate it on the neck and face.
14. For glowing skin, use basin or green gram powder diverse with milk instead of soap.
15. Be relevant the combination of raw turmeric and cream of milk on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. It will create your skin fair.
16. Be pertinent the mixture of honey, basin, cream of milk and olive oil as a face pack.
17. Be pertinent the paste of fenugreek with milk on the face and let it dry. Clean off with Luke temperate water.
18. Create a paste of red sandal wood and be relevant it on the face each day for bright skin.
19. Create a paste with red sandal powder and coconut milk and relate on the face for soft skin.
20. Relate a mix of turmeric and neem on the face.
Natural Tips for Black Spot or Age Spot
1. Create a paste with mehndi and oil and be relevant on the face.
2. Make a combination of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and be relevant it on the spots.
3. Be relevant the paste of turmeric and curry leaves on the face and clean it after 15 minutes.
4. Relate a combination of mehndi and turmeric. For a piece of turmeric, 2-3 leaves of mehndi are used.
5. Crush dried basil leaf, neem and mint. Add several turmeric powder and rose water to create it in a paste form and relate it on the spots.
6. Grind betel leaf and add a little coconut oil and apply it on the spots.
7. Immerse a chappathi in milk overnight. Create it into a paste and relate it on black heads. do again for several days.
8. Create a paste of saffron and add some honey, relate it on the face to remove black spots.
9. To get absent black spots… relate a paste of turmeric and basil.
10. To take away wrinkles on the face, relate a combination of sandalwood powder, rosewater and glycerin. clean with cold water after some time.

Sounds like poor circulation. Sometimes caused with Arthritis. What is causing the poor circulation ? What is your blood pressure. I don’t recommend a doctor very often. But in your case I think I would see one. Just don’t let them give you antibiotics.

@youtubedude I don’t know what a “anti-camp” spot is but these are the only useful jumps/spots on the maps.
Glad to know I figged all these on my own. You missed 2 nice anti-camp spots tho. I’ll be showing those very soon.
