Acne Redness Relief – 3 Quick Steps To Get Rid Of Acne
I’m going to discuss three simple, cheap and easy techniques to quickly remove most cases of acne redness and inflammation. You’ll be surprised at how easy it can be in most cases to get rid of acne using common home remedies. For most of you, the following three steps will permanently remove mild to moderate cases of acne:
1. Cleanliness: Simple soap and water. Acne redness, irritation and infection is caused by bacteria which develops when dead skin cells and excessive skin oil clog the skin’s pores. So the first step in a common sense treatment program is to wash off the affected surface to clear the pores. Use hot water and mild, anti-bacterial soap such as Neutrogena.
2. Apply Honey: You read that right. Honey is a natural antibacterial agent. Massage it on the affected area using a Q-tip, cotton ball or tissue (NOT your finger) and let it stand for at least 10 minutes. The honey will attack the acne bacteria, for a natural, low cost, over the counter treatment. Additionally, honey has anti-inflammatory properties that will reduce acne redness simply by reducing the inflammation.

3. Use An Anti-Bacterial Agent: If the acne redness condition persists, you can move on to an over-the-counter anti-bacterial medication containing benzoyl peroxide such as Fostex. A quick examination of anti-acne medications in your local drug store will reveal which ones contain benzoyl peroxide. There are solutions, creams, gels and even shaving cream which contain this agent. Another popular anti-bacterial agent is salicylic acid – the active ingredient in aspirin. Products that include salicylic acid include Stridex pads and Propa pH.
These three simple steps will greatly reduce acne redness and infection after several weeks. However, if you find that your acne condition is more severe and resistant to natural or over-the-counter treatments, you may have to turn to more concentrated anti-bacterial treatments. You may or may not need to see a dermatologist. This will depend on your budget as well as the severity of your acne redness infection.
But if your acne condition is persistent, it is strongly recommended that you read further to educate yourself before seeking a treatment.

Make up don’t work… makes my skin redder. Creams also makes my skin redder. I just have naturally red skin and its annoying especially when the rest of my family don’t have this red skin color… NO ONE. I think I’ll go check out my local derma clinic for that laser treatment, because it’s my only hope for clear porcelain skin. I just want to be part of my family again. Fuck society…society can kiss my ass, but family is very important to me and I want to feel part of it.
